Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any AI agent actions, data processing, and third-party integrations. Quickpipe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Permitted Uses

• Use Quickpipe for legitimate business sales activities and lead generation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR
• Respect third-party intellectual property rights and privacy
• Use AI agents responsibly and in accordance with our guidelines

Prohibited Activities - Spam and Abuse

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages
• Using AI agents for harassment or abuse
• Violating anti-spam laws and regulations
• Creating fake or misleading profiles

Prohibited Activities - Technical Violations

• Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
• Reverse engineering or copying our AI algorithms
• Interfering with other users' use of the service
• Uploading malicious code or viruses

AI Data Processing

Quickpipe uses artificial intelligence to enhance your sales operations. By using our service, you consent to:

• Processing of your sales data to improve AI agent performance
• Analysis of communication patterns to optimize outreach strategies
• Use of aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement
• AI training on your interactions to enhance platform capabilities

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data, including:

• Customer and prospect contact information
• Sales pipeline and deal information
• Communication history and meeting records
• Custom AI agent configurations and preferences

Quickpipe will not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes beyond providing our services.

Google Calendar and Meet

Quickpipe integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to allow you to create, manage, and schedule calendar events directly within the application.

The requested permissions are used solely to:

• Create and edit calendar events on your behalf
• Add and manage event attendees
• Generate and attach Google Meet conference links to events

The application does not access, store, or share your data beyond what is necessary to create and manage events.

Gmail Send API

Quickpipe uses the Gmail Send API to send emails on your behalf for outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and other sales communications.

Subscription Plans

• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Upgrades take effect immediately

Payment Processing

• We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You authorize automatic recurring billing
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Quickpipe's Intellectual Property

Quickpipe and its original content, features, functionality, AI algorithms, and AI agents are owned by Quickpipe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use our AI agents or algorithms outside of the Quickpipe platform
• You may not create derivative works based on our intellectual property

Your Content Rights

You retain all rights to your business data, customer information, and custom configurations. By using Quickpipe, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our AI capabilities.

Uptime and Reliability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• AI agents may experience temporary disruptions

Customer Support

• Support is available via email and in-app chat
• Response times vary by plan level
• We provide documentation and training resources
• AI agent troubleshooting is included

Your Right to Terminate

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination takes effect at the end of your billing period
• You can export your data before termination
• AI agent configurations will be deleted

Our Right to Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Immediate termination for illegal or harmful activities
• 30 days notice for other violations
• Right to terminate for non-payment
