    Google Calendar and Meet Integration

The Google Calendar and Google Meet permissions are used to allow you to create, manage, and schedule calendar events directly within the application. When you create an event, the app adds attendees, sets event details (date, time, description), and automatically generates a Google Meet link for virtual meetings.

The requested permissions are used solely to:

    • Create and edit calendar events on your behalf
    • Add and manage event attendees
    • Generate and attach Google Meet conference links to events

The application does not access, store, or share your data beyond what is necessary to create and manage events. Data is used only to facilitate scheduling and meeting coordination functionality.

    Gmail Send API Integration

Quickpipe uses the Gmail Send API to send emails on your behalf for outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and other sales communications. When you connect your Gmail account, we use the send permission solely to deliver emails that you compose or authorize through the platform.

Important: We do not read, access, or store your email inbox or any email replies you receive. The Gmail integration is used exclusively for sending outbound emails - we never access your incoming messages or store the contents of your email correspondence.

Data is used only to facilitate the sending of emails you initiate through Quickpipe. Your email replies and inbox remain private and are not processed or retained by our systems.
